I am once again wondering why Kiki isn’t a Full Housewife

For whatever strange reason, Marysol, Adriana, and Kiki continue to only be “Friend Of” each season. I’ve been curious about why, and people have commented that it’s because they don’t want to show their lives. But Kiki has one of the strongest personal storylines this season?! It makes no sense to me!
