Please give me advice

I'm 13 and my father calls me a fat cnt but he always drinks and argues with my mother I'm always in my room.he shouts and he makes sexual weird and dumb jokes about people mostly judging ppl on how they act or there gender but it never actually got to me till recently where I'm crying in my room after pretending to not care what he says I've been free from self harming for quite awhile but it's been making me really down any advice?
