Is it a risk to take the October ACT as a senior applying Early Action/Decision

The October test is the 18th. The website says scores come back the 28th but is there a risk they don’t come back in time by the November 1 due date? Felt pretty good about the test today but I think if I take it one more time I will get the score j need.
