Need suggestions

Hello everyone,

I need some advice. I know it’s not one size fits all but I just wanted to see if anyone has suggestions. I’m a 28 year old that has had very minimal sexual experience. Like… very minimal. I want so badly to hook up with someone (safely) but I fear I’m not wired that way. I am so in my own head that I can’t get over my own fears and insecurities.

I was going to therapy and planned to talk about this with my therapist (there’s some trauma involved), but i no longer see her.

Any suggestions of how to get out of my own head and just live a little?
