Noise coming from back, cant identify what

Hey guys, i ve been experiencing some weird metallic noises coming from back of the gr86, especially when getting in or out of car. Also noticed it's less audible when engaging the handbrake more and more. Possibly issues with brakes? Or should I not worry cuz its happening to yall as well. Any help appreciated thank you. Edit: Added video, had to exaggerate it a little by pushing it backwards as in if I sat down.
