Do USBs have an issue with pirated games?

I bought a game already, but my friend doesn’t have a PC and I want him to enjoy the game too.

I thought of transferring a pirated copy to a USB stick, so he can plug it in other PC’s and enjoy the game. But, I’m afraid of other PC’s antivirus immediately attacking the pirated game and making it unplayable. Will that happen?
