Best coastal cities to live in?

Hey y’all. Texas native here. I just got my first job out of college and finally have the opportunity to live wherever I want (I work overseas for half the year).

I’m probably going to move within the next year and was wondering if y’all have any recommendations for coastal cities to live in, since I really want to live by the water.

Here’s some rough criteria of what I’m looking for:

• Good to decent surf
• Good to decent weather
• Within or close to a city with a lot to do and beautiful women to meet
• Not a high cost of living (though this wouldn’t be a huge dealbreaker for me)
• Decent food
• A generally safe place to live
