Debates on who Winky should live with

Now that Sabre and Sockie are "officially" moving out, and in previous clickbaits, why is there always some fiasco over who the dogs should live with (more specifically, Winky)?

Nobody (excluding Sockie) displayed interest in the dogs before Sockie was planning on moving out, but now that she is, everybody else now suddenly wants Winky to stay behind in the family house.

I can sort of get why Pluto would stay back because Pluto loves Brooke, and I would classify that as a reason for him to not move out. But Winky? Sockie was the only Norris Nut who was excited to get a puppy, and is the only Norris Nut that stepped up. I think its cruel to split them up, and its not like Winky is moving to mars, they will still be able to see Winky and love on him, Sockie will do all the dog-owner stuff.

Also, Justin, Brooke, and N don't have the best pet history, and if you don't see that as a cause for concern ... idk what else to say
