Is this common?

Just got my second ever order from Poshmark Canada. The first went super smoothly and was for a new with tags item. I was thrilled.

The second came today, a peacoat. I doesn't fit right so I will be donating anyway once I figure out how best to clean it but - it was listed in Excellent Used Condition (EUC).

1. It is COVERED with black and white cat hair, all over the outside

2. The cuffs are stained

3. The outer fabric has pilled all over and the silky lining has small runs, obviously heavily worn

4. A card with a future discount was included which was nice but so was a small pink haired troll doll?

5. 2 highly scented laundry sheets were packaged with it.

I'm horribly allergic to cats and strong scents. Is this common? If so, I won't be shopping on the platform again.

Also, I'm used to thrift shopping in person, but I was surprised this was considered EUC?

Any advice appreciated! Should I communicate I don't want scented dryer sheets/animal dander included with the seller in future? Or ask for more/better pictures?
