What has Ironmace done to the spawns?

Dying in my spawn immediately in back to back games

In back-to-back games, I was immediately killed in my spawn room.

The first game, within 15 seconds of my spawn, a rogue spawned behind me and killed me. (See chat in second video to confirm)

In the very next game, I was killed literally in my spawn by a group of mobs. I know spawns have been terrible, but this seems to be way worse than ever.
