Should I file for chapter 13

27M with a house 3 year old car 10 year old car both have loans. About 70k debt between auto loans and credit cards only. Make $120k,have a gf with a newborn, 1 income & paycheck to paycheck. Should I file chapter 13 or try to ride it out. Tired of this rat race
