why on earth did taylor not tell belly to break up with jeremiah?

he CHEATED on her. i genuinely tried so hard to see taylor’s pov but it just doesn’t make sense to me. if that’s ur best friend why would u tell her to get back w the guy who cheated on her? and why would u believe that he thought him and belly were on break??
