Account recovery assistance

Hey gang I'm trying to log into my coinbase account. I don't have my old phone number attached to my 2FA so gotta go through recovery. I go through the motions and when I get to the facial recognition part it will give me a message saying "Sorry we have to restart the recording. You have 15 seconds to complete"

I've been fiddling with my settings, positioning myself for better lighting and mostly frowning due to this. Is it on my end? A site issue?
