Why is it so impossible to shop now

I’m not sure if it’s just me and what I’m buying but I’ve noticed there’s almost no real listings on Depop anymore.. whenever I see something I like, I go to the sellers profile, they usually have no reviews or anything and it’s a ton of different items with different backgrounds, meaning the pictures are stolen.

Like I’m seeing the same picture on 5 different listings and none of them are legit..

Its becoming increasingly hard because I wanna give small sellers a chance and they try to finesse me every time.. I feel like I shouldn’t have to do an FBI level background check on a seller everytime I want an item..

Sometimes the pictures aren’t even stolen though and they just don’t ship and block you.. I get the job market is rough but come on y’all gotta do better 😭
