Greek Visa - freelancer?

One of the requirements of the Greek DN visa is having a net income of 3.5k €/month.

I earn more than the annualized version of this (3.5 x 12 = 42k).

But I am a freelancer, so my income is not stable.

Do you see that being an issue?

Does any freelancer have experience of getting this visa?
