WF C510

Im planning on getting this Sony buds coming from the WF C700n I've lost the other buds and now I can't seem to reset it without the both buds on the case. Is it still the same for this buds? and how much of a downgrade is it? I dont wanna waste my money going to an expensive if a lost a piece again but I dont want to switch brands as Sony is very reliable in sound quality. Its priced at $42.84 rn
