Bimbo/feminization in the dronification in the Hive?

Hello. I've been into dronification for a while now and have quite a large network of drones that I regularly DM with online. Recently I've noticed that a lot of the hypno-gifs they have been sending me are more on the feminization/bimbofication side of things. Every now and then they will say things like 'good girl' instead of 'good drone'. I'm totally fine with this, but it's it's something I'm noticing more and more of my online drone friends doing. Am I missing something here? Is there a new trend that I'm not aware of?
