Getting A New Pc

As the title says. I am getting a new PC with a budget of 2500 CAD I wont be ordering until sometime in November. This is what I am thinking of getting If you have any recommendations or see any problems please let me know. (PS I would kind of prefer Linux because I've heard they've been making themselves more user friendly and if Windows updates itself without permission to add something annoying again I might throw my pc out a window. So If anyone knows a sight like pcpartpicker that will let me choose Linux as the OS or let me order it prebuilt please let me know.)
