Rajkumar Rao in last 2 years

I see that Rajkumar Rao instead of being a really talented actor is not getting the bankable star image [ EXCEPT STREE 2 ] in last 2 years.

Other than Stree 2, he made:

Bheed Shrikant Mr and Mrs Mahi Vicky Vidya Malik Bhool chuk maaf

The above movies are not at all trash but people are not converting his movies into 100 or 200 crore films despite his popularity and talent.

I understand Arjun Kapoor and Sid might have less range in terms of acting but what is Rajkumar's fault ?
