Y'all I made a huge mistake

Meowdy all, I messed up. Decided to plant peas. Well it went as quick as sowing usually does, but I had no idea how slooow harvesting was till after I started lmao. I messed up bad

Does anyone have any tips on how to get 2 or more helpers working a field a one time?
