Extremely strange dream of breastfeeding a newborn

I had a very odd dream last night. I dreamt I gave birth and my mother was teaching me how to latch the baby. When I looked down , I had two large nipples on each aerola. When my mom put the baby on one, I snapped and told her she knew that obviously that was the wrong one. That is all I remember...

I've been dealing with infertility for a year, and stopped trying last week as my husband has been cheating on me. I normally dont look for meaning within dreams, but this one is just weird! I've had pregnancy/newborn dreams before, but oddly enough the baby is always named and gendered (female named Dahlia). This time, the baby was genderless and did not have a name. And I've never had a dream involving feeding a baby.

Dare I ask if there's some secret meaning I'm not seeing? I googled it, but nothing aligns with what my dream was. Anyone have insight? Or is this just a crazy, off the wall dream that I shouldn't look into?
