Wtf Rockstar

I've played this game for over 1000 hours on my Xbox one and I've bought it on my PC via steam when it was on sale and I gotta say it's a buggy mess. I got stuck in the Hosea hunting mission and now I'm getting stuck on trying to play poker in Horseshoe overlook with gang members and it makes me angry restarting it all the time. Right now I'm watching Arthur stand 2 metres from the poker table with gang members standing around and I'm basically soft locked. What the hell is even that? I'm trying to play the game normally like I used to but how can I even continue the story when I restart the game every 20 minutes? How can you enjoy such a masterpiece of a game when you watch the loading screen 80% of the time. I've never encountered any problems before.
