What splat works best for a 70’s-riff, semi-comedic neo-noir?

Think The Nice Guys, or The Big Lebowski, or even, in small part and mostly down to Harry himself, Disco Elysium.

Strung out hippie-adjacent losers stumbling their way through a labyrinthine, psychosexual criminal conspiracy that just kind of fell in their lap on one bad Friday, their new favorite activity being to get the shit kicked out of them by guys in pastel suits, sometimes even on purpose.

Now, this is listed as the splat it is because it’s obvious. Couldn’t be more Mage if it tried, the only question is what tradition. But what’s number 2?
