Moving to Tolouse to Study

Hi, I'm 23 years old (f) I'm from Moldova and I'm going to move to Toulouse to study. I already know a lot about the city and about French culture. But now I want to ask about dating culture, gender roles and sexual culture. Yesterday I watched a program about dating in France and it was said that men don't want serious relationships and responsibility. And women are against sexual fredoom and against sex without long term realtionship. Is everything so conservative in France? Are gender roles traditional among young people? Men don't want relationships and marriage and women only want that? Or is all this untrue and exaggerated? If anyone has a desire, you can answer me in the chat and I will ask a couple of questions.
