How do I pick a K-spa in LA? What should I expect?

Hi! I’m (F) looking at going to a K Spa (I’m eyeing Beverly Hot Springs or Hugh Spa, but I’m open to suggestions). I’ve never been to a nude spa before and am a little…worried.

First, I have a few tattoos. Will that be okay? Nine of them are of offensive topics, but they are still noticeable tattoos.

Second, I’m not sure what to look for in a K Spa. I’m thinking of a body scrub, fwiw, but may just do a basic entrance with no added services.

Third, I have a pretty obvious bodily difference that isn’t noticeable while clothed but is VERY obvious when naked. I’m very insecure about it and it has drawn comments from well-meaning strangers in locker rooms back home (so it’s not like a tiny blemish that only I notice). How likely is it to get comments or obvious stares? FWIW, a “quick glance” level would probably leave people thinking I had a single mastectomy.

Last, I did not bring spa slippers (I’m not even sure what these are, but I’ve seen them mentioned) or any flip flops. How much weight should I give to the spas that provide them over the ones who don’t?
