I have this weird alge growing in my tank

Iduno if you can see it from the picture but the alge is kinda like thsoe losse spider webs in the wind

And if anyone could help id the plants it would also be nice I was gone for a week Im still waiting for the good lamp to arive because the one i had before broke when i moved so i have to use a desk lamp

The alge is like these long strands The tank is araund 16l I dont plan on any fish there just snails And maybe shrimp but im not shure if i want them or not I added the snails today with the moss I love ramshorns and blader snails Also got a tuberculata in there google ai tels me they are also ramshorns but i dont think so Since ramshorns are different looking And i dont mind some alge growth but i dont know what that one is and i dont know if i like it I got these plants from a lake besides the moss i got the moss from pet store

I didn't wash them just added them in Because if anything was hitching a ride on it its just how fate wanted it But quite literally nothing notecible came with it not a mosquito larva not a leech Good thing that no leeches because i wouldn't be happy to hear that there are leaches in that lake
