Question regarding black screen records

What is y'all's opinion on it? Is it trust worthy? While I was looking for a cd that I've been searching for a while I actualy fount it! I was really happy about it (Since it's a pretty rare cd from and indie artist), however I noticed that it's a preorder and the release date says that it should have released by 2025 august, however it is still in preorder phase, is this normal?
