Skilled worker - dependent visa - curtailment

Hi all,

I’ve recently been made redundant. I haven’t received my curtailment yet, but I’m assuming it will happen at one point. Now comes the tricky part - I’ll have to fly back home from time to time and my partner is on my visa as a dependent. If I am home, my visa gets curtailed, will he immediately be „illegal“ too, despite not traveling with me, or does he at least get the 60 days? He hasn’t lost his job but unfortunately won’t be sponsored by his employer.
