Does Patient 13 have a damage cap that you can do to it?

I was playing Terminus and using the AMR Mod 4 to try to get progress in the Mystic gold and when i play that map I always play the boss and when playing it, my damage capped at 3408, even when doing critical damage with Double Tap + Double impact (The Mod 4 was also maxed out)
