Aimpoint COA not turning on...

Just purchased a G19 w/COA. Got it home and installed the battery, and tried to switch on the COA, and nothing happens. Swapped out two brand new batteries and still nothing. Is there something I'm missing, or should I RMA it? And do I RMA it through Glock, or Aimpoint?
