Public Wood working shops?

Hi all,

I'm a med student here and I've somewhat recently moved to STL. I like woodworking but don't have the resources or space at the moment to start collecting the necessary tools. Is there a good public workspace anywhere in the city where you can pay by the hour or purchase a membership? I've looked at MADE makerspace but I won't lie that the $125 membership fee is hard on the student budget. Thanks for any recommendations
