I just noticed this year’s bar doesn’t really have notable pop culture references.

MVL lawyer here. I remembered while I was taking the bar, I was giggling along about the love triangle between Sabrina (Carpenter), Louis (Partridge) and Olivia (Rodrigo) in Crim or how much Rebreb (from 4 sisters and a wedding) was going to get from the estate in Civ. To me, it made the problem much more digestible kasi somehow I can envision it because there are characters behind it, if that makes any sense.

Reading the bar Qs last night, I got a little confused with the characters about A, B, and Z, and Y, and XYZ corp. Or baka sadyang dyslexic lang ako hahaha 😵‍💫

But hey, baka this is the no-nonsense approach of JALJ and she just wants the examinees to answer straight to the point.
