Audio Input Locked at 1

Hi, I've been using these Arctis Nova 7 headphones for a few months now with no issues but the other night with no changes to anything, windows settings changed my microphone level and it is now permanently locked to 1/100. Its fine in discord and other programs so I know its not the headset. But for some reason I can't get it off 1 specifically for CS2. The mic does work in game its just so quiet nothing can be understood. In CS2 the microphone is at max and mic tests show its picking up the audio just fine so I'm assuming its a windows issue. Any ideas how to fix this?
