Chronic mouth breather

The My husband late 40’s has been a chronic mouth breather whole life according to him. Definitely has the mouth breather facies. SW ENT twice had septal deviation and turbinate reduction but apparently that didn’t help and made it worse ? HS continued to mouth breathe . Is talk but has bad posture with neck extended forward . Wondering if should see OMFS at this point and bypass ENT all together ?
