HELP // wtf am i doing wrong

‼️NEED ANY ADVICE/ANSWERS ASAP‼️ new (ish) to smoking & using glass-pipe, self-taught by reading info off r/meth

smoked with 2 other friends the other day, same as i do. glass p!pe + jet-flame lighter. which only took about 10-15 (20 max) minutes to set up, l🧊ad b🧊wl and finish sharing between 2-3 people, talking amongst ourselves.

so how come EVERY-time i’m by myself with no distractions. it takes 2-3 HOURS to set up, load bowl, light and finish!!?? doesn’t matter what i do differently.

1: i don’t load heaps into the bowl 2: almost always manage to burn my sh!t

i’ve tried everything/anything i could find: deep-cleaning glass using magic-eraser, adjusting lighter flame, using regular BIC lighters, switching hands, loading bowl + smoking with larger/smaller amounts of 🧊 at a time, lighting at different angles, further from/closer to bowl, even adjusting my lighter flame ⁉️
