Weak words and targeted learning.

Hi, how does duo decide what weak words to show me in target practice? I often get stupid simple words that I know or even names.

Also how how does the component work to adapt the course to my needs? Does that really happen? And in which lessons or just in the practice hub?

And insight, experience, thoughts or opinion is welcome.
