PPL training advice UK

Hi all,

I am wanting to make a start on my PPL and subsequent advanced courses. However, in the meantime until the PPL kicks off, I wanted to study theory etc so I can hit the ground running. So I have a couple of question revolving around that.

1. What resources would you recommend for this?
2. There are certain YouTube channels (such as free pilot training etc) who do videos around the theory side of things (inc. maps, airspace types etc). Do these differ hugely between US and UK flying?

Many thanks in advance 😊
