Switch 2 dock usb ports acting up

The USB ports on my dock aren’t working anymore. They don’t provide power at all. I first noticed with my Audeze dongle, which had been working perfectly fine. Strange thing is when I power down the console, they do power. I can charge the controller. I did try powering down the console completely then putting it back on the dock to maybe ‘wake it up’ but no luck.

Anyone else seen this? Hoping for an easy fix and not having to warranty it. Dock is working fine otherwise, outputting to tv as normal.
