ESim Transfer - International Roaming and All Packs active

Hi All - Activated all the packs needed for travel and went with E-SIM transfer from iPhone to Moto Razr. My Phone screen got badly damaged, and I had to move to a new device. Did all the activities, received the phone call for verification, and got a message too that I will be getting a transfer to a new phone. Now old phone is not working with ESim - Anyone faced any similar challenges. Airtel Support is pathetic, as we all know, useless with no answers
