Has anyone ever researched or made a table or spreadsheet about the spices, meats, vegetables, greens and fruits that are sold in the Realms and which regions they come from?

Question(s)

The Forgotten Realms is one of my favorite and most cherished campaign settings, both because it's a fantasy world in which I've experienced many stories and because it's a world I find interesting. This leads me to seek out information about it, often on the Forgotten Realms Wiki, But I believe that the question I bring here must not have been addressed in the Wiki yet:

When we talk about spices, seasonings, meats, fruits, vegetables, and greens, which regions of the Realms are responsible for supplying them, and which regions are the main buyers of these products?

Which regions of the Realms grow carrots, potatoes, apples, or oranges? Which regions are the primary suppliers of beef, lamb, or pork? Which regions trade salt, pepper, cloves, and cinnamon? And so on.

I ask this because when I run a campaign in the Realms (something I've been meaning to do for a while, but procrastination always gets the better of me), I'd like to be able to describe the typical foods of each region, especially those served in taverns, in a way that's consistent with the trade in goods from that region. It wouldn't make sense for a tavern in Icewind Dale to sell food with Calimshan spices or ingredients for the same price as other foods native to the region.

Another question that makes me reflect has to do with the trade of these products throughout history. During much of the Middle Ages, it was not uncommon for spices to be expensive and transported long distances.
