Community Alternatives in Church Hill

Hi everyone I live in church hill and on my walks i've passed by the two grey quadplexes with signs saying "community alternatives" on N 32nd. Does anyone know what community alternatives is? In all the time I've lived in church hill those buildings have looked uninhabited but the last weeks/months they have been doing construction and now it seems there may be people coming and going? I've tried looking up the org online but have only gotten vague info. Just curious about what these may be, thanks!
