Setting up chase pay over time on due date

I Have a bill due today that I won't be able to pay in full (ill get close but not all of it) if I set up a chase pay over time today (on due date) can I adjust my payment today to reflect the pay over time plan fee or am I too late and shit out of luck? Havent been in this situation before.
