Interview tips?

After months of applying I finally got a response back from a recruiter for Sterilization Tech at a large hospital. It’s a phone interview that will apparently last 15-30 min to talk about the role and learn more about my background, experience etc. I don’t have any experience in sterile processing or healthcare. I have worked mostly sales jobs and several years as a technical director for live TV news which did require a lot of attention to detail and nerves of steel lol. Education wise - just the SPD certificate (May) and a ba in communications. How can I sell myself as someone good for this role even though I’m coming in with no experience?
