HED attendancee

My hed attendence right now is at 69% and there's no way I can make it upto 75, will I be able to write my next hed test and my end sems cause I heard from seniors that if you miss more than 1 hed exam you can't write end sems. I also had missed my last hed exam for which the teacher said she ll give Retest, because there was more than 10 students who missed it, but I'm not sure if I ll be able to sit for the retest too, because I don't have 75%. Will I be able to write end sems and pass this semester. Will I also get to write my next hed exam
