Field Operation Center initiative

Hello,
We are a French milsim team, and as part of an immersive setup we would like to integrate a mobile command tent into our operations.
We already have a tent, several radios such as PRC-152/148 and 117G, as well as logistical equipment like a generator.

We would like to know if players or organizers have ever done this in a scenario, in order to exchange ideas about organization, layout, potential issues, and so on.

For example, we are considering whether to add a second tent next to the first one for briefings, or whether we should set up a separate space inside the command tent with beds, so that the command staff can sleep on site.
