Why my combat feels too fast after my laptop get reset?

For context 3 days ago my laptop get reset because Windows shenanigans, then i download steam and hoi4 again, but when I play Spanish civil war ended 6 months before sino Japanese war, usually I still play Spanish civi war until 5 months after sino Japanese war start.
