Damaged crystal from the inside

I have a Sugess Submariner homage and I decided to mod it

I changed the dia with a generic Seiko NH35 but as it seems the new dial didn't leave enough space for the hands.

So the seconds hand was rubbing itself against the crystal from the inside and it scratched the glass (my guess).It is a circle of scratching

Can i repair the crystal if I send it to a watchmaker or is it irrepairable and I should look for a replacement crystal?What would be the cost for both steps?
