Tram # from NCE airport to Hotel Le Royal in Nice

Hello! I need to get the Tram schedule for travel from the Nice airport to my hotel, Le Royal. Any ideas where I can download a copy of the tram schedule? Also, I'm reading that you need to validate your ride or it costs more? What does that mean? Thanks!
