Which AOC Monitor is better? Q27G11E vs Q27G40XMN

Q27G11E is available new for $210 and has IPS

Q27G40XMN is $220 on Marketplace used but is VA, but also has a retail value of $450.

Is the cheaper IPS monitor still going to be better? I'm unsure if this is a case where more expensive means better or not.
