Queries for the concert

1- How many days before do the tickets arrive since I will be travelling from a different city. 2- How long is the whole thing supposed to be and is it just going to be him performing from the start to end or do other supporting acts happen before that. Because its shown as a 5hr show and definitely Travis wont be performing that long and will maybe perform for an 100-120 minutes.
